California Florida Plant Company Shipping Information
  • Ship dates are for the week of, not necessarily shipping on Mondays.
  • In the event that we must cancel material, we will not be held responsible for the cost of the replacement.
  • Please indicate on orders requested to be shipped by air:
    • Airport Destination: payment method (pp or col) and handling information (aCI to door; phone #). Supplier will choose the best airline to ship.
    • Airfreight cost is estimated around $1.25 to $1.35 per pot on Pre-finished and Finished product (25/pk)
    • Inland Freight Rate is $3.50 for any sized box. This charge will be added to every air freighted shipment dropping off at San Jose (SJC) or San Francisco (SFO) airports.
    • For shipping by truck or other ground transportation, please contact Mickey Humbert in the Traffic Department.
  • Federal Express
    • For order of 3 boxes or less, unless requested to ship via air.
    • FedEx Priority or Standard Overnight -- Monday through Thursday.
    • FedEx Economy (2-day service) -- Monday through Wednesday.
    • FedEx Saver (3-day service) -- Monday through Tuesday.

      **When an order is requested to ship FedEx P-2 or P-3 during the winter season, we'll automatically change to FedEx Std Overnight.

      ***FedEx Saver rate on PF or FIN (25/pk) using the CFPC FedEx account is $0.98/plant. Rate may change without notice.
  • The following states require Brown Garden Snail Certificates: AL, AR, FL, LA, MS, NC, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV and HI will be charged $15.00 per shipment.
  • California Florida Plant Co., L.P. is NOT responsible in case of damage caused by Acts of God and poor handling by carriers.
California Florida Plant Company, LP Extended Credit Policy
To apply for "Extended Credit Line" with CFPC, our Policy is as follows:
  • Complete the Credit Application. Please make sure that all information is fully completed, and appropriate signatures are obtained. We will return your Credit Application if it is not completed correctly.
  • Once we have processed your Credit Application we will notify you on the amount of "Extended Credit Line" that you qualify for.
  • Your first payment is due within assigned terms after the first invoice is issued. All open invoices are subjects to a 1½% monthly charge (18% annually).
  • The monthly minimum amount due by the 25th of each month is 10% of the balance stated on your most current monthly statement. We certainly welcome larger payments, but no less than 10% of the monthly balance.
  • We accept payments by cash, check, money order, and credit card (VISA/MC). Credit card payments can be called into the office. (All payments are due in USA currency.)
